     Fried and smashed  plantains blended with garlic and a       perfect blend of seasonings topped with my creole aioli,  served with a choice of meat. ( Fried Fish, chicken wings ( 3 whole wings) Fried Pork Cubes)


                           CREOLE CANOE -$25

Fried sweet plantain filled with jambalaya and fried crawfish tail meat. Topped with creole aioli, spicy mambo sauce
